A Stefani source tells PEOPLE there's "no truth to the split rumors" that have recently swirled
The pair have simply been "juggling demanding schedules," the source adds
Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani are heading into the holiday season as a united front — despite rumors suggesting otherwise.
Shelton, 49, and Stefani, 56, are winding down from a busy 2025 together and will support each other through an even busier 2026, a Stefani source tells PEOPLE, squashing reports that the couple’s relationship has been strained.
“There is no truth to the split rumors. They’ve just been juggling demanding schedules,” the source says. “When they are together, it’s just so obvious how solid they are.”

After leaving The Voice in 2023 after nearly two dozen seasons, country star Shelton released his 13th studio album, For Recreational Use Only, in May. He also executive-produced and starred in the CBS singing competition The Road. And in August he announced that he’s heading to Las Vegas in January for eight nights at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace — the same venue he hosted a six-show residency in February.
Stefani, meanwhile, released a deluxe version of her album Bouquet in March and recently announced that her band No Doubt will play six shows at the Sphere in Las Vegas this coming May.
“Sometimes they spend a lot of family time together and really treasure that, and then there are periods when the focus is more on work,” the source says. “They're both at a place in their careers where they still genuinely enjoy what they do and they don't want to give that up. Is it easy all the time? Of course not. They have a lot on their plates and a lot to balance, but that's just how it is when you're a family and both parents have careers. “
The pair are parents to Stefani’s sons Kingston, 19, Zuma, 17, and Apollo, 11, whose father is her ex-husband Gavin Rossdale.

Shelton became a proud stepdad in July 2021, when he and Stefani tied the knot after six years of dating.
In May, Shelton opened up to PEOPLE about celebrating his 10th anniversary with the “Just a Girl” singer, saying it “honestly” feels like time is flying by.
“Some of the things we talk about, we’re to the point in our relationship that it’s like, ‘Oh, remember what happened…’ and you realize, ‘Oh my God, that was eight years ago!’ It’s like, how did this happen so quickly?” he said.
Still, the “Texas” singer said his relationship with Stefani “still feels new for me.”
“I feel like that might be the key to happiness, is that it feels just as exciting and new and happy,” he said.
