Emily in Paris season 5 is streaming now on Netflix
Eugenio Franceschini shows a lot of himself in the new season of Emily in Paris.
In season 5, episode 3, Franceschini (who plays the luxury cashmere brand heir, Marcello Muratori) bares it all in a sexy — and funny — scene with Lily Collins (who plays the titular character Emily Cooper). After they wake up together in bed at Emily's Rome apartment, Marcello starts to head downstairs, butt naked.
"Well, I hate to see you go, but I love to watch you leave," Emily says from bed as she watches him walk away. "That translates to, 'I like your butt.'"

Just has he heads to the bottom of the stairs, he runs into Mindy Chen (played by Ashley Park), Emily's best friend, who is staying on her couch.
The run-in may have been awkward on-screen, but Franceschini wasn't flustered.
"There was a lot of tension and everything about this kind of scene," the Italian actor, 34, tells PEOPLE at the world premiere in Paris on Dec. 15. "I'm used to, to acting naked on the stage. I did a play where I was naked on the stage in front of the audience, so for me it, it was nothing."
There was a second scene too, where he gets out of bed once Mindy moved out of Emily's apartment and into a hotel, but he's wearing underwear this time. When Emily calls him out for now wearing something, he does a little wiggle and pulls down his briefs as he walks away.
"Marcello was game," series creator Darren Star tells PEOPLE while on board the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express in celebration of season 5. "Eugenio was game, and just had a fun sense of humor about it. I love his attitude. He's so relaxed. He just did it with just such a sense of fun. I thought it was adorable, actually."

Eugenio Franceschini as Marcello, Lily Collins as Emily in 'Emily In Paris'
Franceschini first joined the cast last season as Emily's love interest in Rome. Season 4 ended with Emily and Marcello riding off into the sunset together on his Vespa, which is where season 5 picks back up. Emily is tasked by her boss, Sylvie Grateau (Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu), to run her luxury marketing agency's new Rome office.
In typical Emily in Paris fashion though... that doesn't quite go according to plan. Sylvie and the rest of the team (Luc, played by Bruno Gouery and Julien, played by Samuel Arnold) change plans and stay in Rome too, to gain more Italian clients.
As fans of the show can imagine, drama ensues as they stretch themselves thin between Rome and Paris.
