The thing about Lady Gaga is that she always comes to serve.
Wearing a black, ruffled feather gown by Matières Fécales, the award-winning singer brought edge, glamor and confidence to the Grammys red carpet on the evening of Sunday, Feb. 1.
While the star of Gaga's outfit were the feathers, her dress also featured an elaborate halter neck and mermaid hem. In complete contrast to her outfit, Gaga opted for a washed-out makeup look with bleached brows and hair, channeling her inner black swan.
The night is a big one for Gaga as she looks to add to her 14 wins with possibilities in several categories. Her sizzling single “Abracadabra” is in the running for song and record of the year, as well as best dance pop recording (her first in the category). She's already secured a win in the best pop vocal album category for "Mayhem," at the time this report was filed.

Lady Gaga performs 'Abracadabra' at 2026 Grammys
Gaga's "Mayhem" did not stop at the red carpet. During the event, she delivered a scintillating performance of her nominated song "Abracadabra" balancing an oversized, lampshade-shaped structure on her head, adorned with black and red lashes.

Gaga, who was awarded MTV VMAs artist of the year last year, enthralled fans with her Mayhem Ball tour in 2025, with shows boasting melodrama, macabre flourishes and dance routines and costumes to rival any Broadway musical.
USA TODAY ranked Gaga's Mayhem Ball as the No. 1 concert of 2025, with national music writer Melissa Ruggieri highlighting the show "evoked the performance art of Ziggy Stardust and the influence of Alice in Wonderland corralled inside a gothic opera house." The tour's second North American leg will kick off at Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona, Feb. 14-15.
