Meet the Kids of the New York Knicks (Including Josh Hart's Twin Sons!)

The players of the New York Knicks may be focused on winning the NBA Finals, but several of them are equally dedicated to their roles as parents off the court.

Team captain Jalen Brunson and wife Ali Marks Brunson share a toddler — daughter Jordyn James — whom they welcomed in 2024.

"Jordyn has made my life just so much better. You're so much happier when you come home, seeing her smile no matter what day you have, good day, bad day. When you come home and see her smile it makes your day ten times brighter and better," Jalen shared in a January 2026 interview for his team. "She's had a huge impact on my life in her short little years of being here, and I'm excited to watch her grow."

But Jalen isn't the only dad hitting the court at Madison Square Garden. His teammate, Josh Hart, shares twin sons with his wife Shannon Hart.

Here's everything to know about the kids of the New York Knicks players.

Jalen Brunson's Daughter

Jalen may be the team captain, but at home, he's just "dad."

The Illinois native married his high school sweetheart, Ali, on July 29, 2023. They became parents when their daughter, Jordyn James, was born just two days after their first wedding anniversary on July 31, 2024, as the couple shared on Instagram.

While Jordyn doesn't attend every game, Ali told PEOPLE in February 2025 that it is a "surreal" experience to see their daughter watch Jalen play. She also makes sure that Jordyn is present for major milestones in her dad's career, like when he was named team captain in 2024 shortly after his daughter was born.

"He had a whole ceremony for it. I think I was one week postpartum, and we came with Jordyn for it," Ali recalled. "She was hiding in the back. She came out to celebrate for just a second, and then we went back home. I didn't want her to miss it."

Jordyn was present when her dad and the Knicks beat the Philadelphia 76ers during the second round of the 2026 NBA Playoffs.

Josh and his wife Shannon share two twin sons.

The high school sweethearts tied the knot on Aug. 28, 2021. They welcomed their twin sons, Hendrix Aaron and Haze Dana, two years later on May 12, 2023.

"I guess I'll have to see what their personalities are, because my dad definitely only taught me the polite part, but my personality came out on its own," Josh told Haute Living New York in October 2023. "The a--hole part just kind of came out naturally. But either way, I hope they at least have the polite part down as they grow up."

Hendrix and Haze have both been spotted courtside at Madison Square Garden to support their dad, even sitting with him on the bench mid-game.

Similarly, Josh has been on hand to support his sons. When the twins made their modeling debut in September 2025 during Macy's x Rookie Kids: "Runway on Broadway" show, they experienced a bit of stage fright and one of the toddlers even took a tumble as they started down the runway.

Luckily, their dad stepped in from his seat in the front row and held each of their hands to help them get down the catwalk.

Miles "Deuce" McBride's Daughter

Guard Miles McBride is a proud girl dad to his daughter Ace Katherine.

McBride met his partner, Ana Zortea, while they were both attending West Virginia University, where he was on the basketball team and she was on the swim team, per BET.

They announced that Zortea was expecting their first child in February 2025 via Instagram. They welcomed their daughter on June 14, 2025.

The proud mom told BET in May 2026 that they chose Ace to follow an "A" name tradition in line with herself, her mother and grandmother. Meanwhile, her middle name, Katherine, is an homage to the women in McBride's family, whose names begin with "K."

The almost 1-year-old regularly attends games to watch her dad. She's also enthralled by the sights of Madison Square Garden, according to Zortea.

"She loves the arena," she told BET. "I think it's because of all the lights and screens, since she doesn't get any screen time at home."

Jose Alvarado's 2 Daughters

Although Jose Alvarado only joined the New York Knicks in February 2026, the Brooklyn native's roots with the team and city go deep.

With his longtime partner Flor Castillo, Alvarado is a father to two daughters, Nazanin "Naz" and Brooklyn. Castillo is currently expecting the couple's third child together, a son, sharing that she was "half way there" in a May 20 Instagram post highlighting her baby bump.

Alvarado called his daughters "the reason why I do everything" in a June 2023 video for the New Orleans Pelicans, where he played from 2021 until 2026.
