On June 4, Princess Diana's twin nieces Lady Amelia Spencer and Lady Eliza Spencer attended the same fashion-forward event as Princess Beatrice.

The event, held in London, celebrated the brand ALICE + OLIVIA.

The Spencer sisters coordinated in complementary looks from the brand, Amelia in an ice blue creation and Eliza in butter yellow.

Princess Diana's twin nieces Lady Amelia Spencer and Lady Eliza Spencer crossed paths with Princess Beatrice at a high-profile fashion event in London.

On June 4, the Spencer sisters and Beatrice joined Nicky Hilton Rothschild at an Alice + Olivia in-store event, Amelia in an ice blue minidress by the brand and Eliza in a butter yellow look.

"Butter & Blue💛🩵," the sisters captioned a carousel of images of themselves in the ensembles.

In addition to their chic minidresses, the twins—who were styled by Siân Gabari for the occasion—wore stunning necklaces by Chatila Jewellers.

Beatrice, for her part, wore a figure-hugging bejewelled dress and matching blazer, with a subtle side split running up her left leg. Beatrice, who Hello! reported is friends with Alice + Olivia founder and designer Stacey Bendet, added to her look with a jacket with crystal embellishments.

"The princess has always favored more romantic, feminine silhouettes and daintier prints and textures such as florals and lace, which really suit her," royal fashion commentator Miranda Holder told Hello!. "At the same time, she also has a more dramatic, experimental side—which is a stylist's dream to work with—and is not afraid to try something different on the bolder side."

Beatrice and her sister Princess Eugenie have largely been under-the-radar since their father Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor's arrest in February on suspicion of misconduct in public office. That said, she was seen at a birthday party in Italy, specifically at the La Posta Vecchia Hotel near Rome, celebrating friend Lauren De Niro Pipher's 40th birthday. Hello! reported that Beatrice was seen dancing on a table in a floral dress, "having the time of her life."

It has admittedly been a difficult season for Beatrice and Eugenie, who have struggled against being "subsumed in a tide of horror," royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams told The Telegraph.

"It's a difficult time for them," he added. "It's deeply distressing, and they must feel it desperately."

Amelia and Eliza—who are the twin daughters of Diana's younger brother Charles Spencer—are firm fixtures on the London social scene, though Amelia admitted to W, "We're quite shy people naturally."

"Having each other for such big moments like red carpets or campaigns—and just having my biggest, and I think Eliza's biggest, support system there constantly—it's so comforting," she continued. "So it's a safety net and empowering. We encourage each other. We know how each other is feeling. If one's not having the best day, we lift each other up, we work together."

The twins' style, like on Thursday, is often coordinated without being too matchy-matchy. "It comes quite naturally to us since our style and taste are so incredibly similar," Amelia said. "In fact, we usually end up choosing the exact same looks."

"I always like to dress with elegance and a timeless look for events, but day-to-day I can go completely opposite to what I did the day before," Eliza said. "My closet has 100 personalities, and I quite like that."
